RIGHT TO KNOW NH

Right to Know New Hampshire is an award-winning group that deals with one very important issue only, and that is NH’s “Right to Know” law, technically known as RSA 91-A.

This issue is so important that we devoted this page to the group.

On their website you will find a wealth of information including regarding when and how to use RSA 91-A, how to file a request, and how to challenge non-compliance.

Here is a list of 2018 LSRs that have been submitted regarding the 91-A law.

This group holds regular meetings at the CNHT office in Concord.

CNHT’s article and information archive on Right to Know issues can be found HERE.

Remember, Right to Know, and RECORD Law Section 91-A:2 (d) provides that: “Any person shall be permitted to use recording devices, including, but not limited to, tape recorders, cameras, and videotape equipment, at such meetings.”
