HB 312 would allow the public to audio/video record police while performing their official public duties.
“…permitting a person to record a law enforcement officer in the course of such officer’s official duties.”
The passage of this bill is absolutely necessary to ensuring transparency of all law enforcement officials and the general safety of the public.
