From the Union Leader we learned that the call was made to repeal the LLC tax:
“CONCORD – Republicans and a group of small business owners brought pressure on lawmakers yesterday to repeal what’s known as the LLC tax.
They argue that expanding the 5 percent interest and dividends tax to include distributions by limited liability companies amounts to a business income tax.”
