Americans for Prosperity Holds Press Conference on the Return Of Lynch’s LLC Tax Thursday
Former Revenue Commissioner, LLC owners to speak out against state rules
WINDHAM – On Thursday, October 28, 2010 at 10 AM Americans for Prosperity New Hampshire (AFP-NH) will host a press conference at the Legislative Office Building (LOB), State House, Concord to discuss the proposed Lynch Administration rules that fail to eliminate the state’s LLC tax. While Governor Lynch has stated that the LLC tax has been “repealed,” the tax is in place until December 31.
Former state Revenue Commissioner Philip Blatsos will join LLC owners to discuss the rules, their implications to the state’s small businesses and to call on Governor Lynch to eliminate the LLC tax fully.
