Here are two bills that seek to regress the educational process for NH residents.
The first bill HB 0370 would repeal the education tax credit program that was passed in the last session.
Rep. Gile, Rep. Porter, Rep. Frazer, Rep. Gorman, Rep. Gargasz, Rep. Vaillancourt, Rep. P. Sullivan, Sen. Kelly are sponsors.
The bill will be heard by the HOUSE WAYS AND MEANS COMMITTEE who should be contacted and asked to OPPOSE.
HB 384 is a bill sponsored by Rep. Itse, Rep. Comerford, Rep. Sandblade, Rep. Jones that would require parental consent prior to a mental health examination in public schools.
The bill will be heard by the HOUSE EDUCATION COMMITTEE who should be contacted and asked to SUPPORT.
