If you just pick up the Eagle Tribune and see that a female dispatcher has been awarded $50,000.00 by the Town of Atkinson, in a nice quiet settlement, you probably wouldn’t know that the former Chief, Phil Consentino, was accused of sexual harassment by a woman working in dispatch.
And Phil was fired not long after that.
What a coincidence.

The good old local press can always be counted on to protect the thugs that run loose in many of our NH communities.
No need to mention names. Let it all go away quietly, like the last several police scandals in Atkinson.
And The NH Municipal Association is involved, once again, as the payer/broker of the deal.
