Henle’s plan seems to be a bill from 2015, but you never know when they will resurrect their efforts to revive it.

State Representative Paul Henle represents Merrimack County District 12 (Concord Ward 2) in the NH House. From 2006 -2008 he was Executive Director of the Granite State Fair Tax Coalition, a group that pushed for a state income tax.
