According to Josiah Bartlett’s Drew Cline, there is a bill of great concern that will go up for a full HOUSE vote TOMORROW February 6.
We could not find this scheduled vote ANYWHERE on the state’s pages! And we received NO ALERT for this bill.
HB 399 is the worst of all the housing bills, as it appears to indicate the creation of a committee that will decide to promote the removal of zoning issues from the town’s purview! It MUST be opposed.
We need every to write to every State Rep to tell them to vote NO on the 16-0 OTP.
