21. Allows municipalities to authorize gaming facilities to operate continuously for 24 hours per day; and prevents a maximum wager limit for certain games of chance. (Oppose Keno Gambling)

25. Establishes the division of planning and community development in the department of business and economic affairs. (Oppose – We don’t need another planning bureaucracy at the state level)

71. Repeals revenue sharing with cities and towns under RSA 31-A. (Oppose – The Meals and Rooms tax was intended to help towns with property taxes)

126. Abolishes the board of land and tax appeals and assigns cases formerly under their jurisdiction to the commercial court docket. (Support)

127. Abolishes the housing appeals board. (Support – These people are biased individuals who are paid to favor contractors.)

132. Creates the “partners in housing” program, an initiative under the housing champions fund to assist municipalities, counties, and developers in building modestly priced housing on municipally or county-owned land that is suitable for development. 330 New Section; Partners in Housing Program. Amend RSA 12-O by inserting after section 72 the following new section: 12-O:72-a Partners in Housing Program. The department shall establish a program, known as the partners in housing program, for the purpose of building workforce housing (Oppose – More of your tax dollars would be going to contractors to pay for workforce housing)

146. Repeals the local option allowing cities and towns to vote to allow the operation of keno games in their communities. (Support – We shouldn’t want gambling in family establishments)
