The NH GOP put out a statement regarding Governor John Lynch’s financial woes.
NHGOP STATEMENT ON FEBRUARY REVENUE SHORTFALL
CONCORD – Former New Hampshire Governor and Republican State Committee Chairman John H. Sununu released the following statement today on New Hampshire’s $9 million February revenue shortfall:
“Every monthly revenue report brings more bad news for Governor Lynch’s irresponsible state budget. Despite the continued shortfalls and mounting deficit, Governor Lynch still doesn’t have the honesty and integrity to admit that his revenue estimates were completely unsustainable.
“These reoccurring shortfalls, coupled with the creation of the job-killing LLC income tax and the attempted theft of JUA funds, remind voters that John Lynch is incapable of effectively governing the State of New Hampshire.”
