The Education Committee will be voting on a bill that calls for in-state tuition rates for illegals.
HB 474 provides for in-state status within the university system of New Hampshire for students who are without lawful immigration status and who file an affidavit stating that the student has filed or will file an application to legalize his or her immigration status.
It will be voted on by the committee next week. Please contact the Committee and ask them to ITL (NO)
