HCR 6 would affirm States’ rights based on Jeffersonian principles.
Please note: This is NOT a ‘secession’ bill. It simply reserves the right of the state to reject anything it feels the federal government does that is unconstitutional with regard to states’ rights.

Please write to your Local Representatives and ask them to vote to SUPPORT this bill by voting NO to ITL on March 4, 2009 when it comes to the floor. Remind them that since they took an oath to uphold the NH Constitution, there is no reason why they should not vote to reaffirm it with HCR 6.
Then contact all 24 NH Senators and ask them to recommend this bill.
UPDATE: There will be a massive rally at the statehouse on March 4 to support this bill. Please plan to be there!
