Here are the minutes of the May meeting of the Monadnock Regional School District where a special meeting was discussed. CNHT has just learned that a Judge Tucker (who shall now be ensconced in our wall of shame) has just granted the MRSD a “special meeting” to see if the voters will approve a teachers’ contract they have already rejected once.
A spokesperson for The Monadnock Schools Taxpayers Association says that it “does not support passage of the new teachers contract because there is way too much “pork” in it and the taxpayers of the district cannot afford all the extra perks and privileges that drive up the costs. It is definitely NOT A FAIR CONTRACT for the taxpayers of the district.”
