New Hampshire is such a politically active state. We draw people interested in politics from all over.
Want proof? How about the four Australian Labor Party activists who came to NH to work on the Bernie Sanders campaign. They were out knocking on doors, hanging up Bernie literature – stealing Hillary literature and signs, etc., all the things good volunteers do.
How can a gal compete with four talented Australians working on an opponent’s campaign? You might say, “Why not go get your own foreign political saboteurs.”
Apparently, Hillary did enlist some Labour Party help of her own – from Scotland.
Two, that we know of, volunteers from Scotland, Labour leader Kezia Dugdale and Councillor Sean Morton, poked around the snowbanks and rock walls putting up signs, doing street corner waves, and generally helping out Hillary, thinking she had this election in the bag.
Often, fate takes a mean turn for popular international campaigners. Let’s see what Sean Morton is up to now.
What turned out to be a blast campaigning for Hillary soon became a kerfuffle back in Scotland for Sean Morton. It seems he has been charged with having some kiddie porn on his computer.
How on Earth does Hillary keep attracting these people? Bill needs to keep an eye on the guys in the campaign – as well as the ladies.
More about Sean in his own words.
“Today has been so emotional. I’ve had so many messages from people of all ages and from all backgrounds since Moray Council raised the Rainbow Flag in solidarity.”
If you hadn’t guessed.
