– Doubling dedicated funding for the Affordable Housing Fund through the Real Estate Transfer Tax
– Implementing the InvestNH program to develop affordable workforce housing (this is Federal money)
– Addressing bureaucratic hurdles that stifle housing development
Clearly they have adopted the liberal ‘new urbanism’ agenda, first promoted by the United Nations. Flooding NH with low-income, high-density housing, and destroying single-family neighborhoods will destroy the NH Advantage.
